Not only where they super rude to my wife when she called, they couldn’t answer a simple question of how we could pay of state income taxes. Terrible service expecially for how much we spent with them

H & R Block are always professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I have been coming to H & R Block for almost 10 years. I have never had a single issue with them. Tommi was friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me get the best refund possible.

I usually have good experiences at this location but, this year it excellent! The tax lady this year, Catherine Hansen, really hit it out of the ballpark! She was friendly and yet professional! She also got all the taxes done and waited on me even when I forgot some documents at my house nearby. She wasn't even frustrated like most people would be. And her talks makes it feel like your not at a DMV or Hewitt Jackson! It really livens up the whole 'going to do taxes' ordeal! 10/10 Would do taxes with her again

the tax preparer was very knowledgeable on what she was doing. made me feel at ease during the process. also, Brandy answered the few questions i had regarding the process. i'll definitely be back next year. i give Brandy 5 stars for her performance.

Mrs. Van Cleave was easy to work with and understand. She answered all of our questions in full detail leaving no confusion and for it being my first time doing my taxes I had alot of questions and Mrs.Van Cleave had no issue taking her time to explain. Will most certainly return next year!

The man who did our taxes was awful! He was extremely rude and seemed to have no idea what he was talking about! He didn't seem to care at all about the way he was coming across to us and it took over an hour and a half for our very simple return. He even right in front of us told his next client that we were late to our appointment and that's why he was running behind when in fact we were there waiting for him while he was smoking. He seemed just as rude to everyone in the office as he was to us. He forgot to give us the discount for the coupon we brought in and said it was to late to go back and he was busy but he would "see what he could do". We have not heard anything back on that. No supprise!

We prefer to open the office a few minutes early, however my office staff was indeed running late that day.
