This Xfinity store is great, it's also closest to where I live I purchased a Z Flip 3 for my husband on Samsung website went into the store and had it activated, I was with AT&T, I purchased and paid for a ZFold 3, then went it and switched my service to Xfinity, so happy I did, Elliot helped me with that took great care of me, so our phone's, Internet, and TV is all Xfinity, then Brady, said let me see if I can get you a better deal because of all that you have in a bundle, so he set up some more security, for my house I'm very excited about, I'm very happy with the service and customer care I've received at this Xfinity store, I highly recommend it, Thank You

Place is a joke. I waited for an hour to even be spoken to, when there was only 3 other customers in the store. Soooo ridiculously slow. Go elsewhere.

Extremely poor service. I walked into this store twice to drop off a Tv box and replace it with a wireless one. Both times, the staff was short, not helpful and told me “just a second” each time leaving me waiting. The first time I waited 25 min before I was even greeted. The staff is inconsiderate of peoples times and does not care if they keep you waiting. Very disappointed in the service provided or lack of service.

We waited in line for over an hour and a half. While the employees were congenial and professional, they were not knowledgeable. Overall, they seemed understaffed and poorly trained. We left before our turn in the line came up. My guess is that it would’ve been another 45 minutes. Yikes.

Internet has been great, sales unfortunate set up my cell phone plan incorrectly and 3 months later I have still not seen the cameras I purchased for home security with out any updaters or returns.

I had a terrible experience while trying to update my Comcast Xfinity internet and security account, and adding another cell phone to my Xfinity mobile account. This is an affiliate store, the employees are not trained well and the customer service is terrible. They were nice, but not knowledgeable, and much of the information they told me was wrong. I spent about 2 hours in store, just to go the next day to Draper to fix all the issues. It’s been a headache to say the least. Visit the Draper store or any other direct Xfinity store.

Sales associate helping us seemed more interested in the movie playing than helping us. The staff all seemed like they’d rather be anywhere else… while setting up our new phone, they left us alone in the front of the store with unsecured merchandise… far from a professional environment.

The Internet 90% of the time is great capable of playing games capable of streaming anything you needed to do unless Comcast decides they wanna throttle you the moment they decide that you don't need Internet at that time despite your devices being connected and actively pulling information good luck getting connected. the robot century is of no help and the agents in the call center don't sound like they know what they're doing. inperson agents are fantastic. But if you're not forced to Comcast don't get them.

So irritating. We went to this location to get a wireless cable box. While there the sales associate told us our pricing was outdated and he could save us money. I Verified with him 3 times that the channels would remain the same. He confirmed it would be. But Nope. We lost all of our sports packages. Random channels. Now to get them back I am paying more than I was in the first place. Thanks a lot!
