My daughter and I were recently in the store and I can't even explain the respect we got, it was amazing. Chaz was the best. He was able to get us our device's set them up and answered all questions. He even checked up on us the next day to make sure things were good. I really have high respect for Chaz. He knew what he was doing and made us feel welcomed and very well takin care of. We thank you Chaz.

After having major issues with a sim card that had been messed up by another carrier Martin and Joe did everything they could do. And never gave up untill our issue was resolved. I will be switching my service to Verizon because of the amazing service I received today!

Joe was so helpful and friendly. He took the time to make sure everything was up and running smoothly with my iPhone upgrade and purchase of a phone for my daughter even though the process carried on past the normal business hours. I didn’t feel rushed and was so grateful for his help.

I went into the Payson Utah store and was helped right away. Brady Dale is who helped me and he was the nicest Verizon associate I have ever had. He listen to my need of switching phones. Not once did he ever try to “sell” me a different phone or pressed me on getting better plan or phone. Brady Dale was beyond knowledgeable and never said I don’t know. He knew everything about my I-phone and the Samsung phone. Best associate of your company. Because of him and his ability on helping me and making sure I understood everything I will be telling and sending friends and family your way . Brady Dale is a 5 + star employee. Thank you Brady Dale for being a knowledgeable, respectful, friendly and helpful associate!

Fantastic service the store was extremely busy and they were able to help everyone in a timely manner. Moving my stuff to my new phone took a long time since I never knew how to back it up and the 3 girls that work there made it a fun experience with chit chat and teaching me how to use my new iPhone. You can really tell that Crystal the store manager has her thumb on what’s going on and knows her stuff. I wish more retail stores were like this. ( she even told me some pretty cool places to camp!)

The ladies here are AMAZING. They are happy, friendly, funny, extremely knowledgeable, and with go above and beyond to help with any phone issues. When exceptional customer service is rare these days, these ladies are the prime example of absolutely perfect customer service. We love them!!!!

This store is awesome! The employees here at this location are the reason I am still with Verizon. Andrew and his team have really helped us get into new phones and helped us get the best value on our plan. Crystal helped us the first time, but they're all pleasant to talk to. Come to this super helpful store. They made it easy for us older folks to understand the phones better. They are so nice and patient. We used to go to the Spanish fork store and had horrible experiences. Now we enjoy going to this store and being treated so nicely.
