SUPERSTART BATTERIES ARE JUNK! Bought a brand new battery for my riding mower. I returned it 3 months and maybe a week after purchase. . Battery went bad after only 2 months. They would not help me out even with a discount on replacement. What a joke. Super start battery’s are junk. And Oreilly’s does not stand behind their products. I will not be going back.

The staff made me feel so comfortable and informed. They even replaced my windshield wipers after I asked nicely! Great experience for a woman that has no idea about anything to do with cars.

My check engine light turned on Saturday late afternoon. I went to O’Reilly to see what the issue was. Austyn was amazing! She not only showed me how to check the codes, but when another employee was struggling to find a price for the part (there are three listed for my vehicle) she pulled up her phone, went out with me and checked out the engine compartment to figure out which one was correct. She showed me where it was on the engine, and gave me advice on changing it. Thanks, Austyn, for making sure I had a safe trip!

These guys are awesome! As a woman I can go in there and do one stop shopping. They are always willing to help me find things. Today Darryl and Derek took RV batteries out of my car and sold me new ones. They have installed car batteries for me in the past too. I could have lifted a finger but I didn’t have to. Such great customer service. We don’t go anywhere else.

One of the terminal wires broke free and we didn’t have the tools to fix it, and brad came out and saw the problem through all the to the end. Brad helped us way above and beyond anything that we would’ve expected. Was impressed enough to write my very first google review. Great guy!

Chet runs a great operation here. Staff was super friendly & helpful. They treated my simple question about a break light for an older car like it was very important. Also directed me to their car audio expert for a query I wasn't even on planning to ask about. I left with the proper part, at a great price, and I feel well taken care of. Definitely going to use them again!

My daughter loss the key to her gas cap three years ago and we were planning on buying a new one after we broke it off, but they helped us get the one off without breaking it. Because of their genuine concern for us and their great service. My large family always goes here for all their auto needs.
