Gas pumps are falling apart, don't issue receipts and their debit/card readers sometimes don't work properly. But it's ok, prices are similar to off post gas stations.

It is extremely unfortunate that a place like this would charge our soldiers more than you would pay off base. I hope this changes back to the way it used to be in the 1980s

24 hours a day, 7 days a week, this place us open. They have food, gas and a redbox machine. Its a one stop shop.

Outstanding prices, easy to use facility. The clerks are super friendly. I exclusively get my gas here due to the fact it's higher quality than the local competitors.

Suggest is good my question is why is the base always slow to be the lowest gas around they should be at least two cents below the lowest gas or equal to equal to or lower that's how you serve your service members and family the best is giving damn good cheap gas thank you

Usually a great place for snacks etc.. They close the pumps off though, so you'll have to gas up off post at night.

You Save Money | We Give Back is a bad slogan for Exchange. Fraud and deception in the sale in liquid fuel. Predatory practice unlawful. Fail to disclose clearly and conspicuously that Prepaid Gas is not refunded if you pump less than what you paid for unless you return inside the store, wait in line again, and request a refund to your credit card for the gas you pump less than what you paid. Exchange should not actually charge your card until you are done pumping so they already have the actual amount you pumped so they only charge the correct amount to your card. The till doesn't recognize that the money should be there. For all it knows the customer came back in and got their change. So either The Clerk / Employer keep the money in the till, their paperwork at the end of their shift is over, and the multi-million dollar company They work for makes a few extra dollars or They pretend that the customer got their change as usual but keep it themselves instead.
