We moved to this area a year ago, and I have been in this store several times. I have been a supporter of local businesses to a fault, knowing that you typically pay a little more, but NO MORE. Two days ago I stopped at this store with a battery that was unfamiliar to me. The clerk said the 357/303 was a replacement for the one I brought in., and I took her at her word on it. The battery did not fit as it was too thick for the battery slot. When I tried to return it with a receipt, Tony would not accept the return because I had opened the package. How else would I have known that their replacement for my battery would not fit? you can not compare in the blister pack. This local store has lost a customer over $4.59, and they didn't need to.

Tony and his staff have always been very good to work with. We do quite a bit of business there, and they've even opened after hours in emergency situations i.e. deep freeze after lightning strike, etc. I hope they are around for many years to come.
