Worse customer service Ever! They mess up your order most of the time and then when I call and complain I was hung up on 2 times! I went there to get the items that I paid for and the manager name phone number and the 2 workers inside refused to come to the window and give me the item I ordered! Instead 1 was on their cell phone and they both just stared at me. Left without my item and next time I will drive to another town to get Pizza Hut! They are rude, unprofessional and apparently never heard of how the customer is always right and how to make it right. Most days our pizza is burnt toppings and or under cooked.

On our order we ordered an order of cheese sticks and 1 order of bread sticks. Each order was to have 5 pieces, cheese had 4 and regular bread sticks had 3. I took a picture of what we received. The stuff we ended up throwing away it was not fresh like it was re-warmed up

Joe Lowellan has a personal problem with makeing pizza professonal and curtious, never have i tasted or seem a pizza so bad, my sandwich was like rubber and dry bread pizza tasted horrible and every slice was messed up like dropped. And fries wher just not made. I hope thers cameras that caught her doing this lawsuit.

When the manager, Becky, is making the pizza, the food is really good. If Becky is not there, the food is a big disappointment. Thank you to Becky for making our dinner great!

Just placed an order for carry out and I want to say how polite one of the employees was! I believe his name is Cody but every time we order he is very nice, attentive and easy to talk too. We’ve also had pleasant experiences every time we order carry out and choose this Pizza Hut over other places in the area.

Dear owner operator manager. Your store was our choice tonight, and I will not make that mistake again. Food is cold and your manager Becky is beyond rude. We ordered 80.00 in pizza and wings and got no sauces. I questioned your manager and got a rude belligerent woman. I will now be going to Columbus from here on out. Thank you.
