They stole my money multiple times. I had lost my job, and wanted to change my debit card out because someone was out to get me. The lady told me I had enough to cover the transaction, and overdrafted me for it, and hid it from me until it was hundreds of dollars.Then, after I payed all that off, I put 100$ in, and 2 months later they stole it. I always noticed money wouldn't add up, and would seem to disappear. When you call asking for help, they treat you with no respect. ~Jacob

I drop my boat off stating the timing was off, has some carburetor issues (dieseling), and maybe they could check the starter since I had to replace it and put in heli coils for the stripped bolt holes. Mechanic calls and says everything looks ok but they need to take it to the lake for 8 hours to set the timing and the bill will be $1900 and some change…the problem is he could have told me that up front that was the plan. I called the boat manufacturer they said it does not have to be in water to set timing. They also advised I go to a reputable boat dealer as it shouldn’t cost more than a few hundred bucks and a few labor hour to do the timing. Red flag. I tell them I will come pick up my boat. Drive an hour one way to pick it up at 4:30 the place closes at 5. Gates locked at 4:30 no one’s there. The hateful front desk lady says sorry we changed our hours and didn’t tell anyone. Ignorance is bliss in this place. The diagnosis on my bill was surprise surprise, timing is off and carburetor needs work. So after 4 hours of driving, $100 in fuel to drive there twice because they “forgot” to mention the hours aren’t the same, and $127.00 bill from them, I now know exactly the same thing as when I took it in. I understand making a profit but blatantly lying to customers is flat out unethical. It’s safe to say I will never be back. The owner didn’t even have the backbone to reach out to me and say you’re right we messed up let’s make it right. Judging by the way they conduct business this review won’t be up terribly long as the place will close soon. ~Lee

Worse customer service Ever! They mess up your order most of the time and then when I call and complain I was hung up on 2 times! I went there to get the items that I paid for and the manager name phone number and the 2 workers inside refused to come to the window and give me the item I ordered! Instead 1 was on their cell phone and they both just stared at me. Left without my item and next time I will drive to another town to get Pizza Hut! They are rude, unprofessional and apparently never heard of how the customer is always right and how to make it right. Most days our pizza is burnt toppings and or under cooked. ~Michele

New to SEK, have not set up with a Vet yet. One of my boys needed emergency attention, his eye appeared to have a hole in it. Called nearly all the offices I could find open on a Saturday. I heard everything from we're too busy today, we just couldn't work you in ahead of our regular, to we're not taking any new clients, ECT. I'm thinking OMG this poor little guy might lose his eyeball, and you're too busy. Finally called Oswego Veterinary Clinic, her reaction was, OMG, how terrible, bring him right in!! Great, Fantastic. Very caring, I have 3 Shih Tzu, they are my kids, we need a caring Vet clinic, this will be our new clinic. Toby and I say Thank You ~Richard
