Worst DQ I've ever been too. Closes early, employees where pajamas or whatever they want, they are always out of stock on things, and their food is not good compared to other locations. Manager needs to be addressed at this location.

Very dirty on inside, looks like haven't been cleaned for weeks, ice cream was was melting before they handed it to me, ac in store was not working either, just no upkeep on the place and it suffers for it. Not going back anytime soon.

We went here for my mother's birthday, the girl at the window seemed so overworked but she was super quick and even though it was busy she went out of her way to make my mom's birthday a little special. It's nice going to a restaurant that feels a little more human being

1/2 cheese burger combo with dasani water. The burger is supposed to come with lettuce and tomato. I said no pickle no onion. I got 3 pickles, no lettuce, no tomato and a burger that seemed to have been in a warming tray for a long time. The dasani water was in a regular paper cup with a straw so no way to tell if it was dasani. I can't afford to eat out very often so it's disappointing when you get subpar food.

I love it they have amazing ice cream and their fries are the best friends I have ever had and just overall it’s an amazing fast food place it’s very quick and easy to go through the drive-through and get your food so I give it a five star

Was out and about in Paola. So we decided to stop. The ice cream was super soft not like concrete dip it over and it doesn’t spill out . Hopefully next stop will be better

After a very long wait, our order wasn't right. Was missing an entire meal. The meal we did get had only half the fries in the box. Was told they would fix it but as we sat there waiting for another long while with cars lined up behind us, we saw the worker put her hands into the waist band of her pants and scratch several times, then touch stuff, then do it again. We were grossed out so knocked on the glass to have them come over so we could just refund our money and go somewhere else. The woman rubbed her nose and face on the way over...then touched our card to do the refund. It was very disgusting. I would have been grossed out if we weren't in a pandemic but they clearly were going to be getting people sick anyway. Eweeeee...grossest DQ EVER!

Waited over 25 minutes at the drive thru. Only 1 car in front of us. They never took our order. We just left. Bad Dairy Queen. The wait was too long JUST to order.

Easy to get in and out of drive thru. I enjoyed a buster bar. Husband was surprised when he found out they have a dairy free dilly bar! (He is lactose intolerant) He was relishing every bit.
