They refused our order. We were told the order was to large. 20 -hard tacos and 5- meat and cheese soft tacos. Since when? We took our business somewhere else. Thanks Taco Bell

Sooooo much better than the Taco Bell locations in South OP. Food was made correctly with the right amount of actual food (see my pics for the sorry excuse for quality from the 151st and 69 HWY location) Areas for improvement are that the wait is a little slow and items that are similar but different should be marked, such as different kinds of burritos.

said they did not care about customers waiting. very disrespectful. a dirty place; bathroom smells. chicken bone on the ground, sticky tables, loud cooks laughing and joking in back.

Had some shopping to do in Paolo so went here to get lunch first. HORRIBLE TIME!! First we ordered my potatoe bowl with sweet tea. THEY ARE OUT OF SWEET TEA, okay root beer, OUT OF ROOT BEER, got water??? My son orders his meal with a Dr Pepper. Made it to window after a long wait. Get my water. Son gets his drink.... Sir... this is not Dr. Pepper it's Pepsi, OH WE ARE OUT OF DR PEPPER!! Says the boy at the window. So what... we were suppose to just drive off and find out and say oh well. Then i asked for the manager, young boy, and told him that as a restaurant you are suppose to have this stuff prepped and ready to sell for lunch. And he didn't tell us they were out of Dr.Pepper and your always out of sweet tea. WE HAVE SWEET TEA HE SAYS IT'S JUST NOT READY, the manager says, IF WE WANT TO WAIT 5 MINUTES. So we say, so you are not out its just not ready?!!! RIGHT he says. Can I have your name please??? I asked the manager. He says NO YOU DON'T NEED MY NAME. So i did the next best thing....

I'm not sure which is scarier - that I'll likely be back or that the kids running this place will vote one day. I ordered 9 tacos and 1 Mexican pizza. 17 minutes from the time I paid until the food arrived. In that amount of time, using the same 5 ingredients, you would think that these tacos would remind me of tacos made by someone's tia in Mexico. But, no. These tacos reminded me of tacos made by Blinky's Roach-coach in KCK. Look. If you're bored, not that hungry, and maybe a little constipated, this place is worth the entertainment. But if you're hungry and have somewhere to be, or maybe have an inflamed hemorrhoid, you should probably keep driving.

They got the order close to being correct but still wasnt. Also the tortillas were older. They werent soft like they should be. You can not go inside to order or eat and last time we tried to call the restaurant they dont answer the phones so we dont even bother trying now.

No Dr Pepper or Flavored yes. Had to wait on rest of order. We were the only ones inside. Ordered 2 chicken casadias and a 12 piece bucket with 3 sides.Suposed to be large but they gave us the one person single. Chicken was cold. Had to ask for butter and honey for the biscuits. People playing around in the kitchen.I love KFC TACO BELL BUT I WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS ONE AGAIN. VERY DISAPPOINTED.MY 12 piece bucket was 6 wings three legs 1 breast and 2 thighs.I know that's not right.

This place was atrocious. In Paola KS. With KFC. Very dirty,poor service, gives wrong orders and plus long wait for order since staff works both eateries. Staffing very young and overwhelmed. Needs a better manager and to be present. It deserves less than one star.😠

1035am and they can't even be open like there sign says they should be!! This Taco Bell is the worst ever!! And now a week later and it ls after noon and Lobby is closed and our sogft tacos were hard, why can't you all just do the jobs you are paid to do? And because Lobby was closed we had to wait another 20 minutes in Drive Thru. They did go beyond to fix it though.

I had to wait about 30-40 minutes to get my food here and it was just absolutely ridiculous especially since there wasn’t many people here too with smaller orders than mine. It took forever to get our food and as messy as they throw their food together originally it’s taking a lot longer to get my order that I’ve been waiting for. There is just people standing around in the back not doing anything especially with adult managers around not doing anything. They don’t seem like they know what they’re doing and try and be nice and act like nothing is wrong even though all their customers are way past patient and hungry. I do not recommend coming here if you are in a hurry or are hungry. Maybe in general if it takes an more than an hour to get our food at a FAST FOOD restaurant.
