I have been using Shoemaker Collision for years, most recently this past week. My car was hit in a parking lot, and of course, my first call was to Joe and Jennifer Shoemaker. Jennifer guided me through the process seamlessly, and Joe's team completed the repairs perfectly. When I arrived to pick the car up, it was out front waiting for me, all shiny and detailed inside and out. I always know that my repairs will be completed in a timely manner and the work will be impeccable. Less than one star would be an appropriate rating for a company that has had our vehicle for almost 5 months. We dropped of the car on 6-3 and this is what it looks like on 10-27. My wife went to check on her car in person after repeated lies from the owners stating that they were waiting on a part. NOT TRUE. They haven't even started working on it. The inside of the vehicle is disgusting and going to need to be detailed. Going to speak with my insurance adjuster and figure out where to take it now that we know for certain that Shoemaker Collision can't be trusted. Services: Body & Trim, Painting

I had Shoemaker collision paint a grille, fillers, moldings, and handles on my Chevy dually. The color match was perfect (it's not a GM color.) They also painted a grille for my Sierra after a hawk flew into my truck on the highway. Both times the work was performed on time and for exactly what I was quoted. I have used Shoemaker since I got in an accident in my car about 5-7 years ago. I can't remember exactly when I started to take my baby there, but I take her there for everything besides regular maintenance bc they are honest, affordable, and take care of me in every way possible! They are a family owned business and I honestly feel like family when I go there! I recommend them to anyone and everyone that needs work done, bc I know they won't be disappointed! They are AMAZING!! I got in a car accident a couple months ago and was nearly totaled. At Shoemaker, they took in my car with already a full schedule on their hands and were able to save my car from being totaled out completely. Of course, right around this time, COVID is breaking out and everything begins to shut down for essential-only business. This caused a delay in my car being repaired, beyond what my insurance was willing to pay for my rental. Shoemaker offered and paid for the extension on my rental to ensure I wasn't left without a vehicle! They are so polite and they do incredible work! I'm very very satisfied with this company and WILL come back here for any future needs on my vehicle. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!

Great company to work with. They are very friendly and perform excellent work. I replaced the front bumper on my Bentley. They matched the paint perfectly. I highly recommend them.
