Less than one star would be an appropriate rating for a company that has had our vehicle for almost 5 months. We dropped of the car on 6-3 and this is what it looks like on 10-27. My wife went to check on her car in person after repeated lies from the owners stating that they were waiting on a part. NOT TRUE. They haven't even started working on it. The inside of the vehicle is disgusting and going to need to be detailed.
