I walked into this branch to get assistance from my father and I have the worst experience ever there were three young ladies inside a branch manager that was on duty she will not tell me what was your name because I was having difficulty talking to the person she refused to help me she refused to tell me her name but yet she was in charge of the branch it was a young Lady and she refuse to let other people help me that was working at the Front somebody needs to look into this look into training their staff properly because the manager did not act like she was in charge sad day for us bank

The new ATM hardly works. I have had several occasions where I haven't been able to make deposits with it. I went inside right before they closed and I was directed to use the drive thru, even though it hadn't turned 5:00pm. Consistently disappointed with this branch, unfortunately it is the closest one to my house...

I see the previous reviews on here and I understand why they hired the new Branch Manager Taylor! Taylor Jordan is who I have dealt with and she is motivated, responsive, incredibly knowledgeable, and just great to to work with. She is just one of those people that you are happy that you met. Ignore the overall current rating of this location and just walk in and ask for Taylor. You'll be better off for it!

The branch manager, Taylor Jordan, is also our personal banker at the branch. Recently did a HELOC with her help. She is VERY knowledgeable about her banking products. She answered every question we had and even some we hadn't thought of. Will definitely continue to work with her and refer her to family and friends needing banking assistance. They'll receive a warm smile and great attention to detail!

We have a really awesome personal banker at this branch with no extra charge. Taylor is the branch manager and has gone above and beyond to ensure that we switched over to US Bank easier, we got an auto loan through them and personal and business credit card. Literally can call, text or email our issue or need and she will take care of it so quickly.

The customer "service" at this facility continues to deteriorate. They used to have good people here that would help any way they could, but it seems all the good people have transferred out and left a bunch of clock watchers, who do the bare minimum, if that. I asked one of my salespeople to take my deposits to them and today's excuse was 'We can only do 2 deposits at a time (I sent 4 on our business account), so you'll have to come back another day.' But they kept my bank bag with all the deposits.????? The us bank on Shawnee Mission has NO Problems with more than 2 deposits. Perhaps they can provide some training to the roeland park branch. It will be worth the extra time and gas for me to go to another branch. ** US Bank- do yourselves a favor and close this branch, or at least, clean out the lazy dead weight from it.
