Aldi is the best. Their prices are much lower than any grocery stores in the area, their checkout is efficient and fast and their offerings are perfect when in need of great produce and pantry staples.

Since the pandemic I've noticed a decline in basic customer service skills from all team members of the store. Although I could have asked someone who worked there "Hey can you help me find something I was hoping they would go to extra step and ask me if I needed help finding anything and they didn't and I walked around a few times looking for things. They were out of stock in a lot of things which isn't their fault. I know they are probably doing the best they can with Not being fully staffed. But on all not the worst trip I've had.

Selection was great, store was clean. Employees were downright rude. I was visiting from out of town and didn’t have my quarter keeper, so I just used my bags instead of getting a cart. When I went to pay, the cashier quickly and haphazardly threw everything into a cart - even the glass items - and didn’t give me time to put it in my bags. I tried to pull the cart away real quick to go to the loading area and put my stuff in the bags, and the cashier rudely said yanked it back and said “the cart stays HERE.” I understand that it wasn’t my cart but the person behind me had a cart that they could have used to load his groceries until I was done. Alternatively, the cashier could have waited the one minute it would have taken to allow me to load my items in my bags. Then the cashier started loading the next person’s items into the same cart mine were in, mixing them all together!! I quickly tried to load my items in my bags. It was very embarrassing and made me feel stupid. I have shopped at many ALDIs in Texas and never once have I been treated so rudely or childishly. My sister, who lives in this area, said she feels like this every time she goes to this location.

Nice clean store usually only 1 cashier but they go really fast you pay 25cents for Cart but u get it back when done shopping bring your own shopping bags or u can buy them there fresh veggies and fruits !! I love shopping at aldi the employees are very helpful

This an updated store, roomy & bright. I will go back, even though it is in Kansas🙃Another visit 4/9. Sunday is pretty slim pickings. Lots of empty shelves, short on staples. Have seen the same in other stores. Still better prices than the locals. 6/22/2022. Better stocked, but inflation is real.

I am an instacart shopping and out of all the Aldi's in Johnson County and Lawrence they have the rudest staff! I am always polite and sort my items the best for check out. I understand there job I was in the grocery business for 5 years upfront and in back. I would never treat a customer or shopper with so much hatred and disrespect 🙁

Aldi shopping is the best! I get most of my groceries and extras (chips, cookies, treats etc) at Aldi. I tend to buy my meat from a butcher or Costco but it's not because the meat isn't good I'm just ridiculously picky about meat! Lol. I meal plan for a family of 6+. (We often feed more than just is). I got all of our groceries save chicken and a roast for 14 days of meals for $230. This includes breakfast, lunches for up to 5 and dinners. I did get several extras this trip. They had Franken berry cereal and my inner child needed that along with some Halloween things to decorate.
