We reached out to KC Custom Cabinets in October 2021. We explained that we were having all bids come thru only that week to lock in our contractors for a full kitchen/first floor demo to start in January 2022. Liz was at our house the next day taking measurements & explaining the process. We received our quote within a week! While they do not have a full “showroom”, they were open to us visiting the working warehouse to see their craftsmanship at work. Everything is of the finest quality! We made several unexpected visits as questions arised as the project advanced. They were very accommodating with all of our additions from the initial scope of project. We are a family of five with very specific needs & wants in regards to the kitchen. They were able to find a solution for every functionality & every look that we wanted. Clint & Jeremy were incredibly professional & careful on install day! They even made a trip back a couple of days later to help with a few things when hvac was here. We highly recommend working with KC Custom Cabinets! We will be working with them in the near future for our master bath remodel! Jan 2022 project: Full kitchen painted cabinets, stained white oak island, painted cabinets for wet bar, door fronts for existing bathroom vanity, tv console & hall armoire built ins.

The absolute worst customer service. Was told that my job was to small for them and that they had to be "picky" about what jobs they take, hanging the phone before even allowing to explain the scope of work. The customer service person did the absolute opposite as what their "Quality and Service" statement lists on their webpage.

This was the 3rd time we have had Liz, Jeremy, and Clint do a major remodel on our house! We had a fully finished basement that was not at all functional for our needs, so we gutted the entire thing and could't be happier with the final results. We don't even bother getting other bids anymore because we know the quality we are getting with them along with the great communication and trust! You really can't beat that when hiring a contractor! I have recommended them to many friends and neighbors and everyone I know that has used them has also been extremely pleased! We knew we wanted our kitchen redone from top to bottom but we weren't sure if we should get prefabricated cabinets or if we could afford to get what we actually wanted. Jeremy came out listened to us and how we currently used our kitchen before making any recommendations. He then showed us a sample stain on the type of wood we wanted to make sure we were truly satisfied in our choice. Now with the project completed we can't even believe we considered going with prefabricated cabinets. The quality of the custom made cabinets is so much better at a comparable price. Clint and Jeremy worked with us and acted as a general contractor providing subcontractors for our hardwood floors, drywall fixes, painting and tiling. At the end of the job their wasn't one square inch that in some way wasn't retouched or changed. Remodeling a kitchen is stressful and not something anyone wants to do a second time, but if we ever need to call someone to remodel our kitchen our first call will be to K.C. Custom Cabinets. KC Custom Cabinets built a custom double vanity and a built in linen cabinet for our Master bathroom. It was a great experience from start to finish. We ended up going with Maple cabinets and a custom stain. The cabinets are solid wood with soft close drawers and doors. Liz was great to work with and very patient as we made changes along the way. Josiah and the other installer were polite, clean, quiet and professional. We couldn't be happier. We are now adding a tower to the vanity that they are currently making. The cost was amazing for the quality we received!

KC Custom Cabinets recently completed a total makeover of our master bathroom. Liz, Clint, and Jeremy were great partners on the project. I completed the demolition of the old bathroom and worked closely with the KCCC team to be sure we were on the same page in preparing for the remodel project. We worked with Liz previously and trusted KCCC to leave the project in their hands while we took a two-week vacation! The custom vanity cabinets/towers are beautiful and provide tons of storage. The custom shower they installed is spectacular and one of a kind. I am certain that this will not be our last project with KC Custom Cabinets and highly recommend this courteous, talented, and professional team.

Great experience! Our builder, Don Julian, used them for all the cabinets in our home on the main level and upstairs. They are high quality and I couldn't be happier after using them for 5 years. Fast forward to now... we are completing the basement and I wanted my basement cabinet to match the rest of the house. So after getting the information from our builder I contacted Jeremy. Great to work with. Friendly, knowledgeable and quick service. Jeremy and Clint did the install and it went perfect. Would highly recommend this company.
