Pretty disappointed honestly..I went through their drive thru thinking that would be my quickest bet. The pharmacy tech told us it would be one moment. We watched as she laughed and played with another associate..Seven minutes later she came to the window. Just geeze...Really guys? Thinking about switching pharmacies. Customers don't seem very important there anymore.

My rating will go up later when I review CVS Pharmacy a little bit longer. CVS has been a great Pharmacy to my family and me since I had a severe life-threatening brain hemorrhage over a year-and-a-half ago. They greet my family by name when they come in there to fill my prescriptions. We have left there with literally shopping bag full of prescriptions at a time. My one star rating is because of this one huge problem that I have with CVS Pharmacy: this is Friday afternoon late, CVS is supposed to feel all of my medications. They have my wife sign the little sheet and hand her the bag of medications and tell her to have a great weekend and smile. My wife leaves feeling warm and fuzzy that her local pharmacy is so sweet and kind to her. My wife gets home and opens up the bags and discovers that the new medication that my doctor has prescribed is not in the bag. This new medication is a medication that has changed everything about all the medications that I was supposed to be changing. This new medication is what is supposed to be protecting me from the seven seizures that I had the night before that kept me in the hospital until very late. This new medication is what is supposed to help me with the pain and anxiety and the medical issues dealing with all the things going on in my brain that are causing all the problems that we don't know about that I'm dealing with that are leaving me with hospitalization after hospitalizations. Had CVS bothered to do their job, and informed my wife that they were waiting for approval from my insurance company and my doctor for this medication, then my wife could immediately call my liaison with my insurance company and my doctor and got this resolved within 15 minutes and got the medication approved and got it loaded in the bag and got me my medication for the weekend. But instead, CVS had very very very little concern about the customer and only about the weekend that they were facing and about what they were going to do over the weekend and just throwing medications out the door or the little window in this case and didn't care about the customer didn't care about the situation didn't care to Simply inform the customer that they needed authorization and they couldn't fill one of the medications. This was not a hard thing for CVS to do. They should have done their job like a local pharmacy would have done it. They should have done their job like our local pharmacy before them had always done it. They should have done their job like our local pharmacy never failed to do it. So I'm warning everyone with this one star rating I would give it a 0 star rating if I could, that CVS sometimes seems to care a lot about you but other times they really really are corporate and they really don't. A lot of the times CVS looks like Walmart. I realized it's saying CVS looks like Walmart could be one of the worst insults on the planet and I do apologize but in this situation I really believe that they treated me like Walmart I hope they decide to make the situation right and I don't know how in the world that can be because I have to live another weekend dealing with all the pain and all the suffering that I have to deal with. And for the information of all those out there that think that I'm talking about a narcotic or opiate or some drug for pain relief I'm not, I'm talking about a medication that deals with a part of the brain that deals with issues related to other things completely.

For such a small town and having as many employees as they do; they're slow. Takes them four times as long as my old CVS in NC. What's with the prices? I get it, pharmacies are always a bad place to shop, they're overpriced. But this place is owned by some greedy judge guy, I guess? Good lord. It's the only one around because all the others got bought out. Wooo, capitalism is good when it has competition.
