The worse customer service. On Friday July 15th there was only 2 workers & 1 of them was training. The guy that was training him was literally playing with the store TV. Mind you there was over 10 customers waiting. I waited an hour & was never serviced. I gave up & left as other customers did also. Spectrum is a corporate bully & believe they can treat you like you don't matter. Most people take that treatment and don't say or do anything about it. I'm done with Spectrum. What about you??

The associate that worked at the Valley Station store on Thursday am,7/7/22, was very rude and not helpful at all. My apologies was at 10 am to get an upgraded phone as the old phone was pd off and the screen no longer worked. She said she couldn't take payments, (I wasn't making a pyment) and her system was down due to the storm. She said I would need to go to the Dixie Shively store to do this. Once at the other store the manager Destiny, was very helpful, got my phone, and she indicated that the Valley store could had helped me. In my opinion, the associate at the Valley store did not want to help any of the customers waiting in line at that store. This is a good way to lose customers business.

The worst internet provider avoid it. bad service and bad customer service. I changed to AT&T fiber cheaper and way faster

The store was okay it was nice and clean the staff were very polite courteous and helpful even though they couldn't help me I first had to call customer service and get some stuff taken care of to get service on but that's okay because it was quick and easy to do once that was taken care of I was able to complete my business with Spectrum I would recommend this store to anyone

This store is a joke, they have 1 one person working here. This store was opened to help us the customers to take care of our business, faster ,as usual another B.S lie, this is why I really dislike this company SPECTRUM. I turned off my ,cable, had to stay with them ,because of the internet. But when Verizon opens up their 5 g. Will ,close this account down so fast.

Decent store , very busy. A lot of customers complaining about wait and line but I noticed most of them are just there to complain about a bill or to pay their bill. I personally don’t pay any bills in person so I don’t know why they’re complaining when they choose to come out and wait . Guy named Greg ( what a coincidence) was awesome some of the other workers could use some training in manners
