The groomers at this place did an amazing job. This was my first time bring my shih poo puppy in. I was a little nervous because the last place I took him was expensive and they hacked his fur. The Dog House did exactly what I asked for. The cut was perfect. Titan was happy, he smelled wonderful and the price was very affordable. We will definitely be going back. I could not wait to recommend to all of my friends with pets.

Don't want to bash them but my two dogs were there for 6 hours- they only groomed 1. Why? Why make us bring them in at 9 AM and let them sit there all day? My husband said as soon as he walked in he was sweating it was so hot in there. The dog they didn't get to groom ended up showing her teeth at them she had had enough and just wanted out of there. Plus my other dog who is very old they clipped her tail it is turning brown. We will definitely find a new groomer.

My favorite groomers! They always take care of my spoiled baby boy JuJu 😁 I've had him for 11 yrs & this is the only groomer I've ever trusted with him ❤ feels like I'm dropping him off to family!!! Thanks DOG HOUSE

I had been taking my snoodle there for a few years. Even though the owner didn't have much of a personality she was convenient and did an ok job (as long as you didn't ask her to do something special or had a complaint(no matter how nicely you told her. At that point she would tell you she does show dogs and been doing this for 50 years. (Maybe that's the problem). My dog often shakes his head (alot) after grooming and a couple of times I've even had to take him to the vet for an ear infection. I informed her of that and of course that was unheard of. Once I took him back and she replucked his ears and even removed wet hair out of them..(stated the older guy did him that time) One thing for sure, she will NOT apologize and the CUSTOMER is NEVER right. I referred 5 people to her. All five have stopped going because she was so rude, cute them way to short. I couldn't leave my dog there with her after the last complaint. I didn't want her to take it out on him by treating him bad after I left ( don't know if she would but didn't want to take that chance. My baby can't talk)
