Now that they've got a big bin to drop off metered packages, it's a breeze to go there. I do wish they stayed open past 4:30, but it's better than driving to Louisville.

I have been to this location several times, the staff are always very nice and pleasant. I have had zero mail issues since i moved here a year ago, so I say they are doing an excellent job. Keep up the good work!

All around I’ve never had an serious issue but They really need to work on extending their hours or opening earlier. I work weekdays and long hours so most of my packages will sit at the post office for week before I can even get to it. can be super frustrating.

This post office doesn’t get mail out when they are supposed to. I personally took a letter there and it took 7 days to go to the next town over. Now my roof blew off and the insurance check was mailed on a Wednesday. Today is Tuesday and the mail carrier drove right past my house and didn’t even look. I believe they have it and don’t sort it out

The hours of operation are great if you don't have a day job. I work from 8-4:30, like many folks. The hours have to be changed to be more convenient for working folks (daytime).

Mail carriers that come to my apartment are incompetent. Our mailbox back door is standing wide open from yesterday's mail delivery. You can only close it if you have the key so hopefully tomorrow it'll get closed. I've called in on her before and the postmaster just makes excuses. She is just as rude and hateful as sorry ass mail carriers. Attitude reflects leadership.

Friendly staff and reasonable hours of operation signify this Post Office. FYI: You cannot obtain a passport here. I look the staff's friendliness when picking up mail or arranging the mailing of an item.
