I have been trying to use this pharmacy for years because it is in town but they are the most unorganized and inefficient pharmacy that I have ever used. This time they just told me it would be 2 more days before they fill my prescription because they are just to busy. Even with 6+ hours of emergency notice from my doctors office. Unacceptable! Save your time and go elsewhere for better service.

This is the most unorganized pharmacy I have ever came across.. nobody knows what they're doing including the pharmacist.. they are rude unprofessional and just plain lazy.. please please go somewhere else other than this pharmacy.. horrible horrible horrible

The drive through is never open. It forces sick people who shouldn’t be coming inside to come inside. It’s almost 11am the pharmacy has been open since 8am and the drive through is still closed. This is an issue often. I am considering switching to Walgreens so when my kids are sick I don’t have to take them inside a store and can go somewhere that opens their drive through.

I switched to this pharmacy when I moved to Florence. I have had nothing but good experiences. The staff is always friendly and caring over the phone and in person. I am happy with switching to this pharmacy from my previous. Thank you to the staff for all of their hard work and dedication in taking care of their customers. 😊

I am forced to use Kroger by my insurance company and this pharmacy is horrible! I agree with another reviewer that at the drive through they are letting people wait for their prescriptions! It should be a quick trip through but that never happens. They have untrained techs that create multiple trips back to the pharmacy because they don’t pay attention and could care less if they cause problems with your medications. My refills are supposed to be “auto orders “ but they had the nerve to tell me that I need to make sure they get refills!! It’s a joke with this place and if I could use another pharmacy I would definitely do it.

They do not stock many drugs here. They get them from a pharmacy in Louisville. It takes up to six days to have your prescriptions filled. If you don't pick them up 3 days after you request them they send them back. So if they don't show up in 3 days they cancel it. Been there 4 times for a prescription. They never have it and by the time it shows up they send it back. They refuse to let me speak with whom ever runs they pharmacy, the store manager has no control over the pharmacy. Not worth the fuel points.
