Fantastic customer service. I was informed of a nasty ding in my transmission pan. All fluid levels were checked, as well as tire pressure, my serpentine belt, and battery voltage. I was informed that my battery needs replaced, valuable information that will save me from future stress. Such is standard service at all Fast Change locations. I know this because I've been a life time patron. I would happily suggest anyone get their oil changed here.

I’ve been a customer for 20 years at this location. I’ve always been treated with utmost respect and friendly service! Jonathan, Austin, Tyler, Matt & Dillon are some of the sweetest guys! I made the mistake of going to a different location ONE time and was treated like I was a bother. Guy walked off & sat in his truck from changing my oil to talk on his phone. I’ll never make the mistake of going anywhere else besides GRAYSON! And they don’t look at me like I’m stupid or try to take advantage of selling me stuff because I’m a woman! And for that I’m very thankful! GREAT JOB GUYS!!!
