Receptionist on the phone was not helpful, her attitude seem like I was taking up her time. She was quick to say "No" I was willing to drop 300 - 500 for a muffler delete but she didn't even know when she could schedule me for an estimate - wonder if shop work ethics are the same as receptionist. I will look for a more friendly shop in Louisville.

I purchased a dodge ram pickup truck from the owner and his son. Not 20 minutes down the road after leaving their shop the vehicle began overheating and smoking. I contacted them and was told they were going on an out of town trip the following day and to contact them the following Monday. And that they were going to let me know how much the repairs would cost. Do not do business with these con men.

If I didn't have to leave a star I wouldn't have, these people literally have made my son in law and my daughter who is expecting in two weeks sold them a truck that is now setting on the side of the road after only driving it after purchasing it 20 miles down the Rd. It started smoking and left them stranded on the side of the Rd. Please do not trust in these losers.thanks Service: Engine repair

Was recommended by the family mechanic. Was stumped on a particular clacking like sound. I do most fo the work on my Subie myself. But new I needed a set of experienced techs to look at it. I was prepared for a $2k + valve job as most of my symptoms pointed to the valves needing an adjustment. Got a call about 3 hrs later. The car was ready to go ended up being a loss spark plug. I felt like a goof but $90 out the door with fast professional customer service has me feeling much better. 10/10 Service: General repairs & maintenance

Family owned shop. Staff is all family too. I'd definitely take my car here for service.

Hello, I am new to the classic car industry. I took my 71 Mustang in for some repair and we agreed on a price while repairs were going a bolt was broken and cost me 10% more, I paid for it...did they do it??. Got a new cam installed as an upgrade nothing wrong with original, but assumed I would get my original cam back as I have talked with lots of friends with classic cars said is a normalcy. I have called the owner at least a dozen times and get the same answer that they are going to look thru the junk metal pile and find it. We ll they finally did look he said and 2 more calls and no response to anyone of my calls. The oil they put in my classic car was some of the thinnest watery oil I have ever seen. If this is a common practice wow. I was made to believe GTX blah blah was put in it. I get you are asked to do a job, but seemingly I would think a business that handles classic cars would be more diagnostic and suggest lists of things they could do to promote a confidence level in their work and create more revenue, but not to point out some other issues while on a rack is a bit lazy in my belief. I know covid happened but the lag in time to deliver repairs was a bit extra as well.Seemingly nice guy though.

I 100% recommend Murphy’s. They’re the only place I trust with my truck. They’ve done everything from oil changes to a full custom build on my truck. They’re honest, reliable, and know what they’re doing.
