Receptionist on the phone was not helpful, her attitude seem like I was taking up her time. She was quick to say "No" I was willing to drop 300 - 500 for a muffler delete but she didn't even know when she could schedule me for an estimate - wonder if shop work ethics are the same as receptionist. I will look for a more friendly shop in Louisville. ~JOSE

Pitiful. Trying to get replacement parts for a very expensive set of Nedo Surveying Tripod. These folks don't seem interested at all in selling replacement parts to customers that they have had for over 20 years. Several years ago buying replacement parts was a SNAP, but now they act like they just want to be PenPals.... ~Greg
