employees friendly, drive thru wasn't busy. fast, warm,the one thing I dislike is the mound of meat just balled up in middle of bun, it can be laid on there the correct amount spread out not clumped in middle. it always looks like more bun than meat my favorite beef and cheddar big bun,meat in middle, squirt or so of cheese,big top & wrapped Thank You

Went through drive-thru and ordered the new fish strip dinner, totally a JOKE!!!!, need to call it fish bites not strips. The 3 pieces I got would have made 1 1/2 strips. As for the fries, well you'll get more in a McDonald's kids package and there was 4 fries that were nice size, the rest was what I call nub fries, really short. Oh ! Maybe this was a kids fish meal and not an adult meal ??? Who knows, but for $9.21 one would think you'd get better size fish strips. VERY DISSATISFIED !!!!!

Disappointed with the customer service at lunch today. Staff seemed annoyed when taking my order in the drive thru and was very impatient (cut me off 2-3 times while trying to order). Person who I assume was the manager was working the window and she was very rude also. Frequent flyer here with no complaints up to this point, but today was not a good experience. Only reason for 2 stars is the food was good, otherwise would've been a 1-star. Rooting for you Arby's, but you've got to do better! I don't want to have to drive to Frankfort to get curly fries...

Great food and super friendly staff! We came in after a long days work an hour before closing so we didn't expect the best or anything and they were insistent on making us fresh food! Excellent service!

Drive to the Frankfort Arby’s. This one is horrible. Two drive through menus and still takes 30 to 40 minutes. Ordered three combos and this is how full the fries are. Pathetic… for $30+ in food, standards are low. This store needs new management.

I didn’t get the right sandwiches I ordered and I ordered a crinkle cut fry and what I got was just old crinkle cut fries and curly fries mixed together. They were awful.

We went to this location on a Sunday evening around 7:30. There were about 7 or 8 cars in the drive thru so we decided to go in and order our food. It was 7:42 on the time of my receipt and when they handed us our bag is was 8:20! Almost 40 minutes for fast food!?! Complete unacceptable and then our order wasn’t even correct!! Everything in our bag was wrong!! There is no phone number on the receipt to call and the link to take the survey doesn’t work because their store number listed on the receipt isn’t recognized. Something needs to be done about this!!! I wasted money there! After waiting 40 minutes for our original order I wasn’t about to go back and wait another 40 minutes for them to make it right!!! Seriously don’t waste your money at this location people!!!! You would think with it being a brand new location they would provide better service than what we got!
