Its wal-mart yall....most employees are busy not helping customers....,do not take your car there for oil change...won't drain the old oil....just add new....or they will strip the drain plug.....you can complain but it falls on deaf ears....

Uhgg it's walmart yall. We don't even get an employee discount for checking ourselves out. Plus we get harassed at the door by them older ladies who can't read print that small on the receipt.

I have been so loyal to Walmart both the local Lawrenceburg store and Walmart plus. However, a recent delivery issue prompted me to call my local store due to missing items. That’s when I discovered there is absolutely no customer service there. I only wanted someone to let my delivery driver (who was lovely) know that I think she missed a bad. I encounter a representative that told me to just call 1800 Walmart and he didn’t care if I canceled my Walmart plus, wouldn’t give me his name or transfer me to a manager. I called 1800 Walmart to report this but was only told they could refund the items but couldn’t contact the drivers or help with the local Walmart. Sadly, I have chosen to cancel my Walmart plus membership an really cannot recommend it due to the lack of customer service. This issue could have been solved so easily.

Customer service isn't like it used to be, but, some are better than others! The carts....no one cleans out the carts trash ppl leave in them!! Thursday, there were several carts that were brought in WITH the trash left in them!! Really? The bathrooms, esp the one up front, always tp on the floor, smelly n messy looking!

They have rearranged the whole store and I can't find most things I am looking for. Plus they are not handicap friendly. Some Isles are too close and a lot of the shelving are too high.

Always something the room was very nice as is the hotel in general. The breakfast was not very good however the pancake machine is interesting to watch.

Too many self checkout, only 2 registers open with human employees....most employees speak Spanish and no English, can't help you find anything. Checking my receipt after I get though the line is bs, if you don't trust me, don't make me check my own stuff out.
