The man was very pleasant and accommodating over the phone. He allowed me to rent the unit for my daughter that just became available 10 minutes before I called. He said when she got off work or got time she could call him and pay over the phone.

Nice guy. He tries to accommodate as best he can. But he locked the unit without warning when the rent wasn't even do yet for some fee. It just seemed like poor business practice if you are suppose to be having access to your unit and then him locking you outta of it

Definitely friendly staff. Great prices on stprage units and they seem to be newer units to boot, so no sticky doors. If you need a lock, they can provide you one for $12 but that's a basic price across the board for most storage facilities ive used in the past.
