This place is very well kept and clean. Plenty of carts and an elevator for easy moving! Heath showed us our options and was very friendly and welcoming. Sign up process was super easy and quick. This place has been amazing for us. We've had two units for 2+ years and Corey is the absolute best person to work with. He's friendly, accommodating, and truly just a joy to be around. I can't recommend this place enough!

Very happy with this place. Outstanding customer service. The manager Cory is always very kind and helpful. He’s an awesome on-site manager! We also got friendly service from the front desk girl named Kiana. Great place, very safe, always clean and it has great loading and unloading areas inside. Very nice facility. Definitely recommend!

During a stressful move last minute we had to run and get a storage . We seen extra storage in Lyndon-around the corner from us . We arrived after 6pm and the gentlemen still helped us and walked us through every step of the way. He made the entire process super easy and was so professional. I almost forget his name but he was very kind and said that he was the training manager I believe! Short, African American man. Amazing Amazing work !

I needed to move my things out early and Tanner really went above and beyond to help me. He is super nice and friendly with excellent people skills. Also when I first rented this unit several months ago, Cory was extremely helpful and nice as well. The unit is clean and I always feel safe when I’m on the property. If you need a storage unit this place is it!!!

I cannot recommend. Just know their "web rate" is promotional and they'll jack the price up significantly after a few months. Mine went up 80% after just 4 months. Would I have bothered moving my things in here had I known? Absolutely not. And then they tell me it's in my lease. Yes, my lease states I "may have received an initial rental discount", but mentions nothing about an expiration of that discount. They get you in, knowing it's a pain to move to a different location, and raise your rate 80%. That's what happened to me. They're just feeding their competitors business with this model of doing business. To the unit itself, the door is not the width of the unit, maybe 5' wide. The light in my unit doesn't work, so I rely on light from the hallway. For the price I had, it was okay. But $180 for a 10'x10' climate controlled, shop around and get a better deal elsewhere. Again, they're roping you in with the quick-expire promotional. Please don't reward this way of doing business.

This is my second unit with Extra Space, which I have no complaints with the first one. I’m just moving to a different area and wanted one closer. This new one is nice!!! I can drive my car into it to unload inside. It was super clean, plenty of carts, ease of access, well lit, decent part of town. Boy buddy, this place is huge, it took us a hot minute to find my space. I was in a 5x10 before, needed something bigger, so I got a 10x20, I can fit my whole life in there and then some, that’s saying a lot, I have a lot of life😁!! Think I’m going to like it, although I do dread rate hikes, I was assured they will help when I get one, we’ll see….

My in-laws have rented space here for years and have always been happy with the service. Today, my father-in-law asked me to go to the storage space to get something. While I was there he asked if the light was working. It wasn’t. I contacted Corey in the office and he was very friendly and helpful. He helped my mother-in-law and I move some some chairs so he could replace the bulb. We were so grateful for his friendly service. I can tell the property is maintained really well. When we told my father-in-law about our experience, he commented that he wasn’t surprised because he’d experienced the same. It’s nice to know our family belongings are being cared for so well. Thanks to Corey!

This particular storage building is exactly what I needed. It’s very clean and new, there are huge elevators and carts to help you move your things. It’s secure too, with big garage doors with 60 second timers that allow your car into the huge garage. Most of all the units are inside so they’re temperature controlled. Customer Service is more than awesome. Corey was excellent at advising me about the building, processes, fees, and everything else. Love to see someone who cares about helping people get what they need. He made sure all of my storing needs were addressed and then offered me a specific unit and prices that fit my needs. Isaiah was also helpful in offering information. I got a 10x5 unit for $78 with first month rent free and a free lock. I’m happy with my experience so far at ExtraSpace.
