I do appreciate the quick appointment I got from JH. Yet I left 1st appointment realizing I had only a personal email to reach my preparer. No document copies, no written outline of procedure or charges, no JH brochure, no business card, NO direct phone #. I sent email immediately but got no response, which left me to worry for 4 days that I had left my personal info with a questionable person. Preparer did reach me on 5th day & assured he had received my email. I told him my doubts. He is a courteous & knowledgeable man who did give me copies once we finished. He also gave me personal phone# once I asked. He had originally said business cost was $400 but gave only verbal explanation, when asked, that it grew to $572, citing several extraneous bank fees. I appreciate his service but will possibly seek a different office next time.

I use Jackson Hewitt mainly for the refund advance they offer no other tax place will I go to!!!! They make sure you are knowledgeable about what they are doing and what your refund will be! I’ve been going for years won’t stop now at least 8 years!

The guy literally thru the paper at me because I didn't agree with what he thought he knew. You have up to 3 years to claim any 1099 or w2 I didn't receive one of my 1099 so I was going to wait til next year to file it he agreed with me said it's wouldn't give me a refund because I didn't file it. Look I'm not stupid I know that I have up to 3 years to file any W2 or 1099 worst experience ever and Believe me I was a new customer and I will not refer NO ONE HERE I will tell everyone to avoid Jackson Hewitt at all costs rude employees

They were awesome. I'm so busy and not as organized as I should be so she even gave me a reminder phone call and that was great because I had forgotten about the appointment. I got there and was immediately greeted and sat down and we went right into it. She took my records and notes and sifted thru the nightmare of paperwork I had and in about an hour she had it all worked up and I just answered a few questions and signed. Jackson Hewitt got themselves a gem when they hired the woman that prepared my taxes. I couldnt be happier with the job she did relieving a ton of IRS and paperwork stress off of me. I would recommend thier entire staff from years past experience and especially the woman that helped me to anyone looking for someone to prepare their taxes.

I found Beth at Midcity last year and came over to Taylor this past weekend to have her prepare my taxes. She is quick but thorough. She is personable and really seems to care and understand my situation. She offers sound advice and explains things in a way that is easy to understand. Very crowded, clean.bunch of crying babies but that wasn’t Jackson Hewitt fault nor any of the ladies there. Very professional. The ladies were laid back and very welcoming. Beth was very good. The store lead was great too

Javonda and Beth are great. I went to Taylor for the early advance and finished my return at Dixie. They stayed late to help me get my return filed and offered lots of great self employment tips.

They are very slow. None of them know what they are doing, filed my taxes and come to find out they did something wrong. I had to call to see why my advance was taking too long and there was an error. Was anyone going to call and tell me?! They kept telling me to call back and speak to someone different. They don't care! They are rude! To this day they still havent fixed the issue!
