Best tax consultant in Louisville, Kentucky (KY) 2024

I do appreciate the quick appointment I got from JH. Yet I left 1st appointment realizing I had only a personal email to reach my preparer. No document copies, no written outline of procedure or charges, no JH brochure, no business card, NO direct phone #. I sent email immediately but got no response, which left me to worry for 4 days that I had left my personal info with a questionable person. Preparer did reach me on 5th day & assured he had received my email. I told him my doubts. He is a courteous & knowledgeable man who did give me copies once we finished. He also gave me personal phone# once I asked. He had originally said business cost was $400 but gave only verbal explanation, when asked, that it grew to $572, citing several extraneous bank fees. I appreciate his service but will possibly seek a different office next time. ~Mary

I just love how Dwayne Adams treats you when you go get your taxes done. He does everything he can to explain answers to all your questions. He is very good at making sure you get all the money you deserve. This last year I was going to be owing the IRS but then I got something in the mail and he called and said you need to bring those papers in so I can get you some money . So I did and I was so thankful I actually got a refund and don't owe anything. I was so thankful for Dwayne alertness to the deal. ~Jojo
