This review was for MCDOWELL IGA......The people who work here are incredibly nice and helpful, they help pack groceries to the car when needed. There is a game section for kids and a delicious bakery with hot meals available. They do amazing work on birthday cakes and yes they have the licensed theme cakes as well, everyone goes above and beyond for any and all customers!

Cashier refused to let us use my app unless my phone was in hand to show the app was downloaded. She said i could only use my phone number at the other locations. Needless to say i have shopped there for my last time on that trip.

Store was well stocked, large variety of products. By far the cleanest IGA I've been to in that region. Cashiers didn't really interact with customers checking out but that's not a huge deal. Smiles would be nice.

They have a lot of variety, a great selection in the deli department and in produce. Prices are slightly higher than other local grocers but they have many items not available at the other local grocery stores. Their handmade dishes are just outstanding! Customer service is awesome!

Before I gave the store a five star unfortunately I had to change my review due to a new policy of not offering a rain check when they run out of sale items. It would not be bad if they have not run out of sale items more often than not
