I have been shopping at the Shack for years. Chuck and staff do a great job at managing a really busy, interesting store that has chainsaws to mowers and electronics. I just purchased a 0 turn Cub mower this time and as I told him if I didn't buy one from him I would not buy one anyplace. He cares about relationships with the customer and letting the product sell itself. He is also a great community person giving his time and money for many good causes.

Went get my blade change were they bent. he said a month behind so said oh Wow month he got rude need them done becuse I own lawn care business couldn't wait that long he said rudely it be a week or 2 weeks maybe 3 but it won't be tomorrow or the next day which I understand but was so rude about it so I took it to my wife dad get done was done in 5 minutes.

This place/owner is ridiculous. I went there because it is advertised as a Radio Shack, but it isn't any longer, it's a lawn mower place. I asked about it and he said it was too expensive to remove the sign and everybody knows it. Well, I didn't know it. And while I understand it being too expensive to remove the huge sign, he should at least remove Radio Shack from the advertising and on Google. Very annoying.

They employee a slick small engines mechanic. They work on computers too and probably more. Wish I could give 6 stars. Expensive but you dont have to worry about a mistake or misdiagnosis.

When I first walked in I thought that we in a closed store. Until I yelled and the owner yelled back. He must have a really high tech security system or he is very trusting one of the two.

Store owner or manager had alcohol smell on his breath and wasnt that friendly and very aggressive might have been the alcohol because i asked its not a computer store or accessories on the community cause it was listed as a electronic store all ive seen was cords and a few monitors .. information is way to miss leading.. driven an hour to this place..

Bought a zero turn mower here. Staff was very friendly and took time to answer my list of questions. Also have taken tools here for service. Very pleased would definitely recommend!!!
