I was very impressed. The store had a large selection of merchandise, name brand items and customer service was perfect! I hadn’t been there in a few months and I was very impressed with the changes that have been made and how customer service was at a perfect level! Good job everyone at Parish Avenue Goodwill!

My wife and I travel with our jobs and she likes to stop at every Goodwill along the way. And this is the only Goodwill store we have come to that would not let us purchase a bicycle and leave it for a needy child. We have done this at over 60 Goodwill stores as the way to pay it forward this manager wanted nothing to do with it and is the only store that took this negative approach with it. The store has no Goodwill in it at all. And has been removed from our list of Goodwill stores to visit.

Shopped here many time and always a good experience. This was until a employee was saying that she resold shoes from goodwill, she said she picked through the shoes picking the Jordan’s and other top dollar brands to resell on the internet. This is highly unethical and disgusting for a employee to do this.

The workers are very courteous and the store is very organized. The one thing I think they could do is offer a free mask. I took one back into the store for an elderly woman that was using her shirt as a mask. I do feel the prices are a bit high for the clientele they cater to.

Only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one is because they do have quite a selection. The housewares are priced higher here than in any Goodwill I've ever been in. And we waited in line almost 15 minutes just to check out. There were at least 4 employees on the floor. One ringing, one manager or asst manager, and 2 people in the front stocking. The manager/asst manger stood at the 2nd register talking to a customer and another employee, while the check out line grew longer and longer. She then walked off and started stocking. One employee who was leaving (already off the clock) even mentioned something to a customer about the manager/asst manager not opening the other register even though there was a line of 5 people. Finally (as we were checking out) the line grew to 8 people and only then did she offer to help ring people up.

Don’t even bother. Go to Walmart-the prices are cheaper. A used bathroom rug $10. Housewares are priced ridiculously. I guess GW has forgotten that their entire store inventory was given to them for FREE. I was also overcharged for a T-shirt. Was priced 1.50, charged $3.00. Won’t be back and won’t refer anyone to shop this GW. 0 stars.

Was in and out and 4 pairs of pants only cost me $14. Not bad at all. I do wish they would set their stores up by size instead of color.

I've found this store usually has more of a selection than Goodwill on 54. Some of the new employees will ring items up incorrectly and I understand they are learning, just need to watch while getting checked out. Katie is very friendly and a super plus to this store.
