Cedar Grove Wellness Center is your Private Locally Owned Fitness Center. We are so much more than you typical gym. We provide our members with the proper tools to meet their fitness needs no matter the fitness level they are at! It is our ministry to help people reach their goals both in fitness and nutrition. We have an Olympic Style lifting area for improved strength training, we have state of the art Cardio equipment in LifeFitness treadmills, Octanes, Elipticals, etc... We run an exciting XTM Program that is a High Intensity workout, where the member can take advantage of a coached class or perform the workout on their own. All ages, all fitness levels can take advantage of this class to improve their overall health. Love the Grind!

Closest gym to me so I really have no other option. Takes out a “new equipment fee” but NEVER buys any! Not treating their members to the nice equipment that’s out there. All the machines are out dated. But I’m sure their bank account is nice from it. And thanks for taking that extra $12 out for “new equipment” y’all have bought a new piece of equipment in years!!

Well I’ve emailed, called and messaged several times with no response. I’ve heard great things about this gym and everyone I speak with that’s a member tells me how great it is. Well how do you join if they are never there and never return communication.
