Horrible unfriendly staff. I will never set foot in any ST Elizabeth hospitals, and I can say the same for my family. It seems nothing has changed since I came here 12 years ago. The way I was treated at this place will be something I hope to forget.

I would rate them a 0. Staff is very unfriendly and unprofessional. They all seem like they have a stick up their butt. Feel very judged whenever I go there. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. DO NOT GO HERE. Never been to a place with staff that act that bad. Not sure how they are still open.

They are always very thorough to ensure that my questions are answered. Getting an appointment in a timely manner has not been an issue. Dr. Brian Walters is an excellent primary care physician who takes the time to ensure I understand everything and thoroughly answer my questions. I always leave feeling assured that I am getting the best medical care and attention.

Although I have never had an issue with Dr. Robert Fitz, his continually rotating staff has many issues. The medical assistant is always someone new, often making incorrect statements on my record, serious mistakes. The scheduling department is short with me on the phone, and has confused an annual physical for an acute appointment, delaying my annual physical another three months until I was able to get in. "Heidi" in billing is rude and insistent on incorrect "unpaid" bills. She sends frustrating notes via MyChart, then blocks any further responses from me, forcing me to go over her head to have the issue resolved. You must be proactive in your own health records and billing if you're going to deal with this office. Dr. Fitz is wonderful though.

I am not sick. Blood work taken 3 months ago and was fine. No need to see a doctor. Yet, they won't re-new my medications until I schedule an appointment and see a doctor. Sounds like extortion to me.

There really needs to be a consensus on Covid policies for medical providers. I took my elderly mother here this morning. Keep in mind she is recovering from knee surgery so we have been to several providers in the past month. Some I can go back with her some I cannot. Mom was having blurred vision and confusion this morning so they said to bring her in. I was not allowed to go back with her despite her symptoms...fine, I would wait in the lobby and ask to speak to the doctor after her appointment. There were about 10 empty seats safely distanced so I took one and they took mom back. 2 other people arrived and they asked me to leave. I understand guidelines but there needs to be some sort of common sense. We could all leave this place and go to Kroger and be in contact with 50 times as many people and touch items touched by 200 times as many people. The chairs were distanced 6 feet or more and I was still asked to leave and now you are going to have to deal with me calling back to speak with the doctor. I switched from St. Elizabeth Physicians as my primary care provider more than a year ago because they lost their heart and I felt like a number ... and now apparently they've lost their common sense as well.

I'm from California and we hear the health care in South not so good. Well I can only say for myself I've had the best doctors in my life in KY. Christina Weiland is the best of the best. She is always happy and willing to take the time to listen to you on your issues. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐5 star service. Never wait more than 5 minutes. I would highly recommended her!!
