Horrible unfriendly staff. I will never set foot in any ST Elizabeth hospitals, and I can say the same for my family. It seems nothing has changed since I came here 12 years ago. The way I was treated at this place will be something I hope to forget. ~Ann

3 out of 4 of my online orders have had issues. 1 - The Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt I purchased had no chicken.., 2 - A fruit cup I ordered was missing, 3 - the delivery never showed up (It showed the delivery driver at the store for over an hour before I called). I was able to receive a refund for all of these and the customer service reps were courteous, but a 25% success rate is really unacceptable. Even excluding the missing delivery since they use door dash - that still means half of my order have had problems. ~Matthew

Always a favorite. Love the fresh baked bread and the veggies were all good, even the tomatoes (not too green or to squishy). The honey mustard rotisserie chicken hit the spot ~Scott

I've only eaten four times, but it's always a great experience. Flash fried Brussel sprouts and cauliflower are superb with a piece of salmon on top drizzeled with a delicious sauce. Not on the menu, you have to ask for it. ~paula

The employees are very knowledgeable and give amazing advice. I am so happy to have this store close by, as they are sooooo much better than places like petco. It’s a whole different ballgame. Highly trained, and they all have a passion for animals and their well-being. Every time I enter the store I am greeted by an enthusiastic employee who is more than willing to assist with whatever I am looking for. Won’t go anywhere else for my dog’s needs. Traditional bar food, and great service. I'm a little hesitant to give it four stars but If you have the proper expectations it's four stars. If you want a great meal that's not bar food it's more of a three star place. Everything was hot and made to order, and prices were good. The food was good but not stand out above others. Check your expectations and know what you're in for and you will enjoy the food. ~Mason

I went here for shampoo and blow dry. I booked online. And it showed 33 minutes wait. And I went on time. After going there, they were not pleased to see me as I am Asian. Then they told me I have to wait for another 25 minutes. Though I got a confirmation message and it showed wait minutes of 15 min. Then after waiting for 15 minutes. They were alive all of a sudden and started yelling they can’t do any shampoo, as they have water problem. Which they could have told me earlier. They weren’t dead until then. Then I requested them atleast to do simple style, or blow dry what’ver is easy for them. They completely refused and were not apologetic. If they had no water, and they could not do simple style why were they dumb for 15 minutes. Very very rude and racist people. Mocking people doesn’t make you great. Grow up and learn. Don’t waste peoples time, you will be treated same way by others. Waste. ~Sophie

This is the best Kroger’s in NKY! One of the things I like best about it is meals already made, the produce section is huge and fresh, meat department is large also! I really like the cheese section, all kinds, if you doing a wine and cheese party you have got plenty of olives to choose from! If you like sushi, excellent selection! ~Mike

Absolutely fantastic, caring, welcoming and attentive. It was our first visit after moving to the area and leaving a vet we love and had been with for over 13 years. Union Pet Hospital made us and Caramel feel cared for and like you wanted to understand her as an individual. We could not have felt more welcome and we have the highest confidence she’ll get the best care here.
