When my pet was sick this spring, I couldn't get in him into his regular vet, and the doctors here at UPH were able to see him, and they took excellent care of him. I decided then and there that we were going to switch to UPH for our fulltime care, but sadly, he soon passed away. The staff sent us a condolence letter, even though he was only seen there once. The vet we had been going to for eight years, never said anything, other than a notice that we would continue to pay the wellness plan until it expired later in the year. When we got a new puppy this fall, there was no doubt in our minds that we would go to UPH. The entire staff is so caring and friendly. The way visits are conducted in a fun, friendly environment that doesn't scare the animals is amazing. Our new dog didn't flinch once during the exams, whereas our old dog at our old vet was scared and would often soil himself after he was taken into the exam room alone. I simply can not say enough good things about UPH and the amazing staff.

We have been with Union Pet Hospital for the last 5 years. They really helped us the last couple years with one of our senior dogs, and also saw us through some real health challenges with our youngest pup. I couldn't imagine getting better care and peace of mind from any other clinic. We are moving out of state, but just want to thank the entire team. They are the Best veterinary staff we have ever worked with - hands down. Dexter and Halo Approved. We Highly Recommend!

We have been going to Union Pet Hospital for many years. They have top notch veterinarians and technicians and the office staff that keep everything running are wonderful. Everyone is very caring. All of our dogs have always been excited and happy when going for their appointments.

Friendly staff but pricey. My dog needed glands expressed. I was charged for a doctor visit on top of the service needed. If I knew that, I would have waited for the groomer.

They were extremely very nice and pleasant and made me feel very comfortable considering it was my daughter's dog getting a re check from having surgery , but they helped me out and went out of there way to show me how to clean his wound out correctly and made sure his medications were working gave needed refills and made sure I was completely satisfied and understood all information that was needed to keep Benjamin's wound cleaned and his cone on so he did not pull out drainage tube or stitches, if I was to ever get another dog (poodle) I would 110% take them there Everyone Is Extremely Friendly and Helpful. Thank You All Very Much!!!!!!

Everyone was kind, knowledgeable and professional. The office was incredibly clean and inviting. It didn't smell like cleaning products or ammonia but like a doctor's office. I brought my new puppy in for her 1st check up and the Veterinarian was amazing. She was thorough and made sure I had all of my questions and concerns answered before we left. The price was very reasonable especially for the services that they provided. They have made a new lifetime customer. I would highly recommend their services!

Absolutely fantastic, caring, welcoming and attentive. It was our first visit after moving to the area and leaving a vet we love and had been with for over 13 years. Union Pet Hospital made us and Caramel feel cared for and like you wanted to understand her as an individual. Dr. DeWees is awesome! We have a special needs pet and there's nobody we trust more with his care. My other dog just had hip surgery. Dr. Hastings did the surgery and were thankful for his expertise and care! All the Veterinarians are awesome and we're grateful for the care they provide. The whole staff is wonderful!

Wow. I can’t believe that we took our sweet dog here. Although at the time they seemed to make promises and take care of our pup for the last minutes of his life, they promised a paw print for us. Turns out, they didn’t even do that. We are now left without a memory of our pup that we would have done on our own if we would have known this wouldn’t have been fulfilled. Do not rely on this hospital for your memory of your family member. We got a simple “sorry;” sorry doesn’t cut it. Unbelievable.
