Verizon customer service is horrible so I now go into the store for every situation. Verizon tried to unvalidate my rebate that THEY guided me through for no reason or explanation. I spoke with Sebastian at the store and not only did he resolve the problem created by Verizons ignorant 1-800 customer service reps, he went above and beyond and got me a better deal. Thank you Sebastian for your hustle today and keeping my business!

Sebastian was super helpful and very nice to us when we went to go and upgrade our phones. He was quick to help us and was so nice to talk to. The other gentleman that was training I think was Dan and he was super nice as well.
