Very clean place friendly employees. Even had a dog park so my dog could run around before getting back in the car! Very awesome!!

I believe this location closed. Nicest LA Fitness/Esporta location in Louisville. Only 2.....Now 1. This location was preparing to permanently close. The young man working the desk was telling patrons upon entry that they had to tell him, "NOW" , whether they were planning to continue their membership or not. NOBODY really had to do that. Some members were just finding out the gym was permanently closing offering only one alternative in the area. THEY MIGHT ACTUALLY WANT TO THINK ABOUT IT AND CONSIDER ALTERNATIVES. As I read the notice on the counter for members to read explaining the closing and options I found out that the members, ALL MEMBERS, were being offered national membership in consideration of their loss. Now where this may not work for local members who don't travel much this could be attractive to members who often travel. The person at the desk wasn't sharing this information at all or referencing the written announcement to incoming guests. He just told them they had to answer his question right then. These members were already paid for the month...maybe more. They bought entry. I brought this notice to the front desk attendants attention. He didn't care , was somewhat rude and just kept offering his non informative rhetoric. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOU NEED ANOTHER LA FITNESS OR ESPORTA IN SHELBYVILLE. GOOD LOCATION.

Personally I think all their inventory in the truck stop itself is very expensive you could pay double for a can of fix a flat fuse broke down versus what you would pay at an auto parts store I think it's a bunch of b******* just because you're right off the interstate shouldn't be allowed to price gouge people especially if they're in trouble with their vehicle being broke down I mean come on we've all been there flat tire water pump belt break etc and when you're away from home you going to need a little help and charging almost $20 a can for Fix-A-Flat I don't think so other than the pricing on their on their inventory there's good people that work there and they're willing to help you any way they can but loves is not showing no Love

This is what a clean showers reaction should be to hydrogen peroxide. Little if any foam. It still has some issues. Hair in the cracks, but that is at the back of the shower, and something I can accept in an imperfect world. As long as I believe that I can shower and leave as well as I was when I entered, I can work with that. This is the person that cleaned the shower. He deserves respect for taking the job seriously, and completely, and not taking my wellbeing for granted. Thank you.
