It was extremely busy, both lines were full. But the customer service was good.

Burger was dryer than a powder house, very rude worker yelled because we were still sitting at the window when she pulled up because we were asking for napkins and ketchup which we didn’t get the chance to ask the lady working the window which was why we was still sitting there not even two second after asking us to pull up to get our food very uncalled for and rude. Nice reminder on why we hadn’t ate there in so long.

They didn't put my nuggets in my bag and it was to late to go in and to busy to go back thru the line. Ill check my bags for no on before pulling off. The food was a lot fresher than other mcds I been to!

It's ok. Half the time my order is messed up. The buns can be dry. The meat is either overcooked or undercooked & the place is always packed & you can't get in. I don't understand it.

01/30/22 evening shift 1 car in drive thru lobby closed-Of course left out 2 orders of fries, double cheese burgers looked like they was put together by a toddler, one was completely apart in the bottom of the bag and the drive thru employee young black headed girl was very rude and definitely can tell she didn't want to be there and she made it very obvious. Mind you I called and spoke with the manager on duty on the phone and told him thinking they would atleast make it right with 1 double burger and the fries since I made it all the way to Jenkins mtn. So they had atleast 10 minutes to have the order ready. I get there they gave us the wrong order of someone else and the manager knew we was there didn't come to apologize or anything no one said sorry. and then gave the food that I touched to the people behind us. I am calling tomorrow morning and speaking to a day shift person this is ridiculous

Have order from there 3 days this week and every single time we order they always keep something out of our Order . First time was French fries, 2 time was burgers,and 3 was a small milkshake when it was supposed to have been a medium Milkshake. And I asked is that a Medium milkshake and they said hang on I'll ask amd they came back and said yes that's a medium Milkshake but the cup says small . Of you order from there u need to at least pull over in the parking lot and check your bag 🎒to make sure u got what u ordered.

They were overwhelmed with customers, which is totally not their fault. The food was hot but as usual they left stuff out of order. Out of the last 8 times there they have left things out of our order 7 of those times.

This McDonald's seemed either very understaffed or not enough employees to know what was going on. Our food was cold and they forgot fries on our other order, which was half of the order since it was part of the Value Meal. We were here for a Car Show that was taking place that day, otherwise we would have came back to have our order taken care of.
