I only bought a drink. The chicken is 1p times better than Chik- filet, but either place is mutant chicken.

The door clearly states that the lobby is open till 10:00 twice I've walked across the street to find the doors locked. Williamsburg !! And it clearly says on line lobby open till 10 b what's the use of posting. Open times if your not gonna follow your own rules. Ps I don't have a car which is why I walked across the street. IF YOU CANT FOLLOW YOUR OWN. HOURS OF OPERATIONS WHY POST THEM ON LINE AND PRINTED STICKERS ON DOOR. ! FOR THAT YOU GET A ZERO

Crowded and long line when I visited. Menu prices way up. One staff member made it a good experience for me. You should give him a raise.

Well, we almost didn't come to this KFC because of the negative reviews but we decided to give it a try. The young man at the front register was very friendly and helpful. I ordered two combo meals to go, one with mashed potatoes & gravy, the other with mashed potatoes & gravy and Cole slaw. The food was hot & fresh however, the chicken breasts were placed on the bottom directly on the box so the moisture from the chicken soaked through the box bottoms and the boxes didn't seem to be properly folded so when we removed the boxes from the bag, the chicken fell through the bottom of the boxes. Also, the biscuit in both boxes was placed at the bottom by the breast so the biscuits got wet and soggy. Also, there was only one "spork" in the bag (there were no utensils at the condiment table) so we had one spork for two meals. Not a big deal but it's the difference between 4 stars and 5 stars because the food & friendliness was fantastic.

Food was good. Service was good. Serving sizes were way off. Large coleslaw, and a large mashed potatoes was less then half full. Would have been a good dinner if everyone got to eat. Called and told them.. Im guessing this happens alot. If it happens to you call and tell them!

Several of my friends and myself all have to go to the store in the next town. Some of them received raw Chicken, and the last 3 times I ordered from KFC it came out dry and way over cooked. And very hard.

The food was cold! Inside the dining room was cold enough to kill of hog! It was seriously extremely uncomfortable cold in dining room. We love KFC! It's our favorite fast food restaurant but this one is NOT good. Last time we eat here when passing thru.

Great when they actually have the food. Went tonight, was told that all they had was 8 chicken tenders, thighs, and some of the sides. First weekend of the month, on a Sunday night... Somebody really needs to learn how to do their orders, I'm telling you...
