I've been a loyal Check Into Cash Customer for about 4 yrs. 2 of those years, I had to get the max every month. It's been about 4 months since I've used them. Btw, never had any problems, and all the ladies were so good to me. I went in today. It was different..... First problem, I couldn't wear a mask. She didn't like it, but agreed to let me in. She looked up my acct, and asked how much I needed. I told her. She had me to sign usual paperwork. In the middle of signing, she tells me that I can't have that much. I was so confused. The amt wasn't even close to the max that I had gotten before. I explained why I needed it, etc, only to be told that I can get half of what I needed. Naturally, I asked why. With a snarl on her face, she passively walked around the counter to let me out and said, "I don't know. I'm telling you what the computer said." With that, I'm done! Y'all won't continue to stay in business like that! The sad part, I've been with them so long, I've been through 4 different managers and countless staff! ~Susan
