Jones Healthmart pharmacy

My vet called in a prescription for my cat on Friday. The drug store was supposed to call me when it was ready to be picked up. They didn't call. When I went in today (Monday) to pick it up, it was not ready. When I asked why it wasn't ready, and why they didn't contact the vet to contact me, they just looked at me like I was crazy. This medication is life changing for my cat. He needs this for survival. When I told the employee at the drug store this, they couldn't care less. ~Elizabeth
