When my wife's van finally decided to give out, I gave Restorations and Rods a call and a very friendly woman by the name of Tonya answered the phone. I was able to get my questions about insurance answered very quickly and accurately. Shortly after the phone call a gentleman named Earl (Tow Truck Driver) towed our van to the house without any problems. I'll tell you what, Earl's personality and great attitude made the experience absolutely awesome. He turned what seemed like a bad situation into something that I could actually laugh about. Something that shouldn't be forgotten: The towing bill was a lot less than I expected (although insurance still pays for it) - Thank you Restorations and Rods for your awesome service! ~John
