This place is a freaking joke!!!! Pull my receipt...on September 1 I came there and got 40 in gas 2 PACKS OF NEWORTS...LADY GAVE ME SHORTS INSTEAD OF 100. a big bag of dill chips,a 20 ounce diet md and a 2 liter md...went back later that same night because I had my granddaughter and omw home from keeping her I went by to exchange the cigarettes. Basically the lady called me a liar and said I didn't purchase them there...showed her my cash app reciept and she still gave me a hard time. Got her manager on the phone and all she could say..wouldn't let me talk at all...was that I was telling at her and there is a gas station right across the street for now on go shop over there!!! Like seriously....way to go!!!! ~April

Absolutely worst customer service and management there is. The first day we come and paid in full for 4 new tires that were supposed to be delivered the next day and we’re supposed to receive a call when they got there. Fast forward two days later we called them and was told “we just received them and to come get them put on.” We got there and they only had 3 tires. They put those on and didn’t change the valve stems like we paid for. Now we waited two more days to get the final tire and they had a fuss about not having the time to mount it for us, finally they agreed to put it on and still didn’t put the valve stems in. All they have done was lie and give the run around. In my opinion it’s a very poorly run operation when the head boss is lying to the customers and trying to half way do the job that was paid for. I do not recommend bringing your vehicle here for anything ~Colton

Had a little fender bender with a trailer hitch and had a huge hole in my front bumper…. Took it to this place and was not disappointed! Not only was the replacement part in super fast, they got it on in a timely manner and even detailed my car inside and out after they were done replacing the bumper! Main office staff (Nicky) is friendly and does a great job at investigating part suppliers.. Really appreciated that! However the actual mechanics (Mario) we’re just on paar. I came in with a Stabiltrack light code reading for a steering sensor issue, however they where only interested in pointing out other normal maintenance issues, finally just saying my steering sensor issue was quote:“difficult.” But no offer to fix it.. Did feel I was hustled a bit, to jump on the other things they found, I’m guessing they assume women can’t replace spark plugs on their own 😄. My advice, if you have a regular car maintenance issue needing fixed, their your guys, if you need anything out of the ordinary that might be “difficult”, maybe try somewhere else. FYI it’s $115 an hour for looking at your car and confirming a code reading. ~Meagan

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! i went in to get my oil and tires changed and after they changed my tire my wheel well inner liner got caught in my wheel pulled my car off the road and broke off which also exposed my cold air intake filter that sits in front of my wheel which could cause even bigger issues in the long run. How they managed to do this i have no idea, but it put my life in danger and after looking at the other reviews I now see that going was a terrible idea in the first place. 0/10 would not ever under any circumstances ever never ever even think about ever going there again!
