Worst experience in my 50 years. Made an apt for 8:30 a.m. was told it would be an hour. Also, quoted $180. No communication. Guys standing around talking and doing nothing. 3 hours later and $282 instead I am still here. Absolutely ridiculous. UPDATE: The Regional, Les contacted me and apologized and did the right thing. That is all it takes in this world we live in. Thank you Les for taking care of this.

I am going to try to post this again, it says posted, but does not show, needs to be seen. Bad business practices I originally took my car in to get checked it was vibrating on the front end I didn't know what was wrong I am a single woman older in my sixties. I guess they saw me coming. they said that my passenger side front had a broken tie rod end. They wanted $375 to fix it I do not have $375 so I said I would pay for the service and then bring it home I paid $35 brought my car home my brother works for auto parts dealership. So I asked him how much he could get the part for he said $35. So my brother-in-law put the part on I took it up there to get it aligned they said that he put the part in wrong (it only goes on 1 way) that I actually needed a driver's side outer tie rod end and myTires were bad, that is not what they said to me the 1st time and when I asked them about it they said that I must hit a pothole I live around the corner so I didn't drive the car but one block did not hit a pothole and they said that who ever f it did it wrong. My brother in law asked them what they were talking about, When heq questioned the difference. They said it was my fault. They were rude. And found out they did the same thing to another lady today. They also said my tires were bad the 2nd time. Not the first quote. Same car, same problem different quote. Please do not take your car there.

Completely failed to meet time frame. Failed to call and let someone know they wouldn't make the time frame. The quoted price and price charges were different. Advisor asked to many personal questions like who watched my kid while I'm at work. Where do I work. Who the person with me was to me. Made me feel creeped out

Needed a belt replaced. Brought my own belt which I bought for 25 dollars. Claimed they could not use the one I brought because it has to be a belt from them. That was totally fine until they charged me $70 for the belt and $60 for labor which took no more than 30 minutes. Huge rip off. They told me I needed my axl fixed which was a lie. They told me they would fix it for 500 dollars. I had a mechanic verify after this visit that my axl is in good condition, just to be safe. Dishonest and overcharged me. I will not be coming back. I do not recommend this pep boys.

Absolutely worst customer service and management there is. The first day we come and paid in full for 4 new tires that were supposed to be delivered the next day and we’re supposed to receive a call when they got there. Fast forward two days later we called them and was told “we just received them and to come get them put on.” We got there and they only had 3 tires. They put those on and didn’t change the valve stems like we paid for. Now we waited two more days to get the final tire and they had a fuss about not having the time to mount it for us, finally they agreed to put it on and still didn’t put the valve stems in. All they have done was lie and give the run around. In my opinion it’s a very poorly run operation when the head boss is lying to the customers and trying to half way do the job that was paid for. I do not recommend bringing your vehicle here for anything

Relatively new to this area (less than year) and had ye olde F150 making noises. I assumed brakes. I randomly picked this partly due to location. It turned out I needed roters on Front and brakes and brakes on back. i have to say impressed with the team and customer service. They even offered a free Lyft to me for going somewhere for lunch while waiting. The overall experience took 2 hours, (from walking in the door and diagnosis and fixing it). Cost was about $750 which honestly didn't seem bad to me. The work crew was very friendly and explained the situation to me. In this industry so hard to find someone to trust, even going into a new area but I would say my 1st impression is very good. The lady at the desk friendly and the gentlemen that I assumed is manager or owner was on top of things. Will come back for all my tire and brake needs to this location. 5 Stars in my book and I was back and running by 1 pm on a Saturday .

Terrible experience. They misdiagnosed the problem. Have a huge up charge on parts. The only thing I needed done was the spark plugs replaced. I was originally quoted a few hundred bucks when I called them. after having my truck for a few hours they called me back and said the price was over $800- for the spark plugs. Still not sure why the price more than doubled after leaving it with them. Took my truck somewhere else much more reliable in town instead.

I was really impressed by the folks here during my visit. I went there to have new brake pads put on my car. After the complimentary inspection, I was made aware of a few other issues that needed addressed. Immediately skeptical, I questioned them. The staff, instead of being defensive or dismissive, immediately offered to show me what they had found, going through each one and showing me why it needed addressed and how it be more of a problem not to take care of them. I'm no mechanic but I could see exactly what they were pointing out and clearly understood the reasoning. They even took the time to help prioritize the repairs in case I wasn't prepared to fix each of them right away. After I authorized the work to be done, I watched the staff and saw what I believe to be genuine pride in their work. I left there with confidence in my decision to go there as well as confidence in the repairs and safety of my car. I'll definitely be going back to Foley Pep Boys for anything else I need in the future, and I absolutely recommend them.

The service was great. The staff was friendly. My car needed a hub and the shop before them never found that problem and couldn't get it aligned even after 3 visits. Pep Boys replaced the hub and realigned my car and it drove almost like new. It made driving so much easier. Thanks Pep Boys. Also the guy working up front offered me his umbrella because it was raining and I was walking across the street for lunch while they worked on my car. A bunch of nice guys.
