I rented from 163rd location on February 21 2021. The renting process was easy. The truck itself was horrible . Had an alignment problem, only one break lights were working, the truck was dirty the covers I used to put my tv in was so dirty I had to throw it out. I’m very disappointed in this. Made my moving 10 times hard. I reserved it for 8 hours but in less than 3 hours I had to bring it back. It wasn’t safe to drive it. I called the customer service to tell them to switch it or I will have to drop it off the nearest location she told me I couldn’t so I was forced to drive the truck back. I didn’t even get to finish my moving process. :(

We rented at the 163rd location in North Miami Beach. Customer service over the phone was meh but the rental and return process was easy. The woman who I returned the truck to was the sweetest woman I’ve ever met.
