How this place has 5 stars is beyond me. Gave two because the lady was at least nice. I've been multiple times and every time they cannot ship out because they don't have the updated forms to do so, or they're just plain not sure. Save yourself the trouble and time, just go down to the Alabaster Post Office. ~Lila
