I’m not sure why this post office is even still operating. They’re never open and the lady who works in there is always rude. Terrible customer service. But what are we to expect from the federal government? They’re experts in wasting taxpayer money. Do yourself a favor and skip this one. Just got to the larger post office in town or better yet, go to UPS instead. At least they’ll EARN your money.

How this place has 5 stars is beyond me. Gave two because the lady was at least nice. I've been multiple times and every time they cannot ship out because they don't have the updated forms to do so, or they're just plain not sure. Save yourself the trouble and time, just go down to the Alabaster Post Office.
