Best bank in Opelika, Alabama (AL) 2024

Let me say - I don’t really care for major national banks but I love the Opelika crew. I can’t speak for all of Wells Fargo but I can say that Jacob is an incredible banker and always goes out of his way to help me. Myself, husband and two children all bank here because of him. ~Kelsey

Since the pandemic, pnc customer service has gone way downhill. Corporate help lines just ring forever and no one picks up unless you sit and wait for egregious amounts of time and local reps have little to no ability to actually do anything to help with issues. Phone lies have no sound while you wait which is confusing. Called and waited 10 minutes and no one answered, they just hung up without saying anything. There are simple customer service management solutions which could help a ton here. If they improve i will improve my rating ~Rylan
