I couldn't gain entrance in the gate to get in my unit by using my code that was issued to me by one of the employees, on 7/4/2022 @1:00pm . It stated on their website storage access Sunday from 6:30am - 9 pm . And there is no one to contact. ~Joseph

Regions continues to degrade in terms of customer oriented and friendly service. In my latest interaction, I sought to deposit a Walmart money order at my local branch. I did so in person and was told by the representative that $250 of it would be available after midnight, the remainder of the $1000 would be available after 2 days. I then awoke the next morning to discover a hold had been placed on the entirety of my $1000 for over a week, due to "fraud concerns after a recent string of fake money orders in the system". I explained that I made financial planning based upon being able to trust information given to me by the establishment representative, that the money order could have been cashed in 5 minutes for a pittance at a nearby Walmart, and that a scripted apology for the "inconvenience" does NOT pay my bills or the late fees associated with delayed payments. I have been with Regions for years and yet, much like with PNC banking, it seems that the more that they grow as an entity, the less they are concerned with the satisfaction of their customer base. Based on this and other multiple incidents, I have decided that after my tax refund is deposited within a couple weeks, I am moving my funds and business to a credit union and terminating my account with Regions. There are a MULTITUDE of banking options available now that offer better service with less issues and hassle. ~DANIEL

A worker shut down the store to let a delivery truck unload and told everyone they were closed (8:45pm Sept 3rd was suppose to close @ 10) even though the store should of been open when I came. I actually took a picture of them because I was so angry so this worker in the picture closed the store 2 hours prior to closing also the delivery guy is in the picture. I even asked them why they were closed early and the reply she gave was she need to stock the and did not have enough time to stock and run the store. Numerous cars drove by and was turned down so probably a good $150 in sales out the window. Rude staff member insulted me as well when she seen the picture taken. ~Alexander

I ordered a grden pizza, thin crust well done. I also asked for no contact delivery. Drive threw pizza on steps, I have cameras so I seen it with my own 2 eyes. And this pizza is the absolute worst. Almost no toppings sauce or cheese. ~Brandy

We were needing an emergency card ,the worker was excellent but too bad she works and sells US money cards the worst card in the world never purchased one of those but thanks little lady., ~Marla

I paid for 2 deep dish pizza, And they were so under cook.. That I had to come and put them in the oven.. And this is the second time. This is happened.. If this is the case.. I could just run into Walmart and get a frozen pizza and cook it myself.. I rather wait n have it done right.. Then it be rushed and raw n doughy.. ~Antoinette

The pharmacy staff here are fantastic!! I am in the process of switching to a new insurance plan and am currently uninsured. My heart medicine was $92 for a 3 month supply. They found a coupon to get the prescription for $30! Super compassionate and awesome customer service! Thank you! ~Erica
